At Plugin Alliance, we strive to ensure your studio setup is perfect; if your hardware or software license doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined 30-day return policy. Please note that digital products are eligible for a refund only if the license has not been activated or if technical compatibility issues cannot be resolved.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  • 2.
    Technical Review

    Our support engineers will review your case within 48 hours to determine if a software fix is available or if a hardware RMA is required.

  • 3.
    Deactivation and Shipping

    For software, you must deactivate the license from your machine; for hardware, securely pack the unit and use the provided prepaid shipping label.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we verify the deactivation or receive the physical unit at our warehouse, your original payment method will be credited within 5-7 business days.
